Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: Contact our customer support at su*****@**********io.com to cancel your order before receiving the shipment notification.

After Shipment: Order Cancellation is not allowed once you receive the shipment notification email confirming that the parcel has been dispatched.

You can start a return after the delivery. Please refer to the following \”Return & Refund Policy\” for details.

Return & Refund Policy

  (1)30 DAYS FREE-REASON RETURN POLICY

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
    • Please email su*****@**********io.com with (1) Your Order Number and 2) the SN(Serial Number) of the product.
    • The returned item(s) must be in good condition, maintain their original quality and function, and include all accessories and original packaging.
    • Refund Process: After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it within a few days. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and you will receive a notification email once it\’s initiated. The actual time to receive the refund depends on your bank\’s processing speed.

  (2)7 DAYS DOA RETURN POLICY

    If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or nonfunctional item, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
    • Please email su*****@**********io.com with a detailed description of the issue. Include pictures or a video demonstrating the problem, and a picture of the entire package.
    • All returned item(s) must be in their original condition, without any signs of use, and must be sealed in the original packaging.
    • Return & Refund Process:
      • Please email su*****@**********io.com with (1) Your Order Number and (2) the SN(Serial Number) of the product.
      • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange immediately.
  Important note:   For purchases made from an Authorized Reseller, you must return the initial purchase (including the hardware, and accessories) to the original point of sale for a refund, subject to the Authorized Reseller\’s return policy. GEEKFLY will not directly issue a refund for purchases made from an Authorized Reseller, third-party retailer, or third-party marketplace.   For purchases made through our social media shops, such as TikTok, you must initiate a return within your TikTok account and obtain a return label to return your item(s). Once your return is received at our TikTok warehouse, we will process your refund, which you will receive in 5-10 business days.  

Annual Membership & Transcription Quota

If you have purchased an Annual Membership or a Transcription Quota from Geekflyaudio.com but haven\’t used or activated it, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at su*****@**********io.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days upon approval. Activated or used products are not eligible for refunds.  

Accessories

PLAUD accepts all unused accessory returns within 30 days of delivery. To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at su*****@**********io.com with your order number.

PLAUD Gift Card

  • Can Gift Cards be canceled after order?
    • Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be canceled.
  • Are Gift Cards refundable if the recipient is dissatisfied with the redeemed products?
    • Geekfly Gift Card redeemed products are excluded from our 30 Days Free-reason Return Policy. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or nonfunctional item, you can return the product for an exchange or a full refund of spent gift card balance within 7 days of receipt.
  • Are Gift Card balances refundable?
    • Gift card balances are non-refundable but can be applied as partial payment for your next order.

 

 

FAQ OF RETURN & REFUND

We hope you love the products you\’ve ordered from us! However, in case you\’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we\’ve made the return process super easy for you.

 

How long do I have to make a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

You have up to 30 days from the moment you receive the item to initiate a return. Please ensure that the original packaging is included with your return to ensure the item does not affect secondary sales.

If you need to make additional returns for other items, please do so within 14 days of the purchase date.

You may use your own shipping method, and the cost of the return shipment will be at your own expense.

 

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

Please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

At Geekfly Audio, we want to ensure a hassle-free return process for our valued customers. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly send you an email notification of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

In the rare event that you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, and finally your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team at su*****@**********io.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Can I still return items if they are damaged, or the packaging has been lost?

You can only return goods in the following situations:

  • Products must have no obvious signs of wear, bumps, or stains.
  • Products must be in good condition with inner and outer packaging and no missing accessories.
  • The following products cannot be returned due to product damage caused by human-caused reasons:
  1. Product quality problems caused by unauthorized negligence, misuse, abuse, disassembly, collision, liquid ingress, accident, alteration, incorrect installation or storage.
  2. The product which doesn\’t upgrade under official guidance.
  3. The coupon and free gifts cannot be returned.

 

Received a faulty item?

We take every measure to ensure the integrity of our products before shipping. Each order is meticulously packaged to prevent damage, and we record packaging videos as part of our quality control process to confirm that all items leave our facilities in perfect condition.

If your package arrives damaged, this may have occurred during transit. We recommend the following:

  1. Contact the Courier Service
  2. Geekfly After-Sales Support

  • Your order number, Product SN
  • Images of the item you received (showing the issue clearly)

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Important Notice: Please Do Not Return Items Unless Instructed

We kindly ask that you refrain from returning items unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of our support team.

 

Packaging for Returning Items
  • Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
  • Please DON\’T return any damaged goods unless you\’ve been instructed to do so by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.

Please ensure that all items being returned are in good condition with the inner and outer packaging and no missing accessories. Products must not have any obvious signs of wear, bumps, or stains. Additionally, please do not include any non-Geekfly items in your return package, as we will not be responsible for sending those items back to you. If you have any questions or concerns about the packaging for returning items, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.

 

Do Not Send Returns to the Sender\’s Address

Please note that the address on the package is not the return address, and sending your return to the sender\’s address may affect the processing of your return.

Return Process Guidelines

We want to ensure that your after-sale service process goes as smoothly as possible.

1. Include Essential Details: Please place a note inside the package with your contact information, order number, and a brief description of the issue. This will help us understand your needs promptly and expedite the processing of your return.

2. Provide Tracking Information: After shipping your return, kindly share the tracking number with us. This allows us to monitor the shipment\’s progress and prepare for its arrival.

3. Package with Care: We understand the importance of your items. When packaging, please ensure they are well-protected to minimize any potential damage during transit.

Follow these steps to register your return:

Step 1: Contact us to confirm the returned order information, and the mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.

Step 2: Attach a note stating your reason for the return in the package, and after shipping, let us know your return tracking number by email.

Step 3: We will check your return items within 3 working days of receiving the returned product.

 

Returns Fees and Shipping Costs

We do not charge any extra fees on returns.

Please note, however, that we are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. We kindly ask that you use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your return to us.

The shipping fee for your return will depend on the express company you choose. If the goods you received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, you are not required to bear the shipping fee. At Geekfly Audio, we do not charge any restocking fee for the return of a product.

 

Customized Product

Custom-order or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
